I think classpath is not set in your PC.
In windows Go to control panel > system > >advanced > Environment
Variable  - create a new user variable variable CLASSPATH & value c:
\...\yourjavaprogramfolder
(restart once) and try at the parent folder where your MyHelloProject2
placed.
