yes the jar files can be double clicked and run . but it works only with
computers that have jre installed. I have download from somewhere a utility
for converting jar to an exe . and converted my jar file into an exe , But I
found that its not working in some computers may be because they dont have
jre This creates some confusion about "compile once and run anywhere " java
concept
