In this exercise we are asked to write a program that gets integer values from the user while in fact we didn't learn how to get integer type input, the BufferedReader and the JOptionpane deals only with char and string data types, I tried different approaches to solve this but I couldn't find a solution, even if I search for a class which performs this task ( getting integer input from the user using a console or a GUI ) this must be mentioned in the course without affording to search, it takes much time to find something like this among all these classes. Talking about the JEDI Course Notes-Intro1-MasterDocument.PDF Just simply how do I get an integer input from the user, don't tell me that it is mentioned in the course documents , I've check them all ( those which I've downloaded ). Pleas it is very important to me to proceed in this course.
