correctly, you can't find a jar file, because you have not build the project, 
for this, in NetBeans, you can push F11 or from menu push Run/Build Main 
Project, and after the build you can't see the dist folder directly in IDE, 
only from OS, for view in NetBeans click right on the project choose 
"Properties", from categories choose "Sources" and in front of "Source Package 
Folder" click on "Add Folder", choose the dist folder from tree, "Open" an 
"OK", after this you will see the jar folder in "Projects" tree.
