Hi,

I think you can use *JExcel API* for that as I have used that too earlier.

What you can do is read one of the excel file (report1 or report2, prefer
one which has less data) and then write the data in another excel sheet say
report 2.

JExcel is better than POI when comparing in certain situations, don't
remember the exact scenarios. You can google and find the same.
