I'm having trouble capitalizing non-English characters in the Stream I/ O homework assignment. For example, this text below:
> Parais qu'le bonheur est à portée de main, Is being converted to this text (notice the lower case à and é): > PARAIS QU'LE BONHEUR EST à PORTéE DE MAIN, I'm using Character.toUpperCase(char) to do the conversion. I experimented a little, especially around the Unicode encoding, but ultimately couldn't figure this one out. Am I right to think that these characters should be capitalized, or is the above what's expected?
