Just unload JAWS and restart it or reboot your computer. All that using the /default flag does is to load JAWS using only the files in the shared files folder, bypassing anything you've modified. To do the repair, put the 7.0 CD into your hard drive and allow it to autostart and select repair. Like I said, this won't affect your user settings in any way.
