I've posted it up on the tips and tricks page with the notation that it is 
unclear of it's value in XP.  Personally I like to use a program like 
CCleaner on boot up to start out fresh every time.

No problem Lois. As I said, it doesn't work at all the same in XP as it did
in 9X. That tip is at least six or eight years old and should be considered
as no longer being of much value.

I did this and there were two files I couldn't delete.  One is ~nsu.temp.
Jaws said can't read file, unable to delete, and the other when I pressed
delete, jaws was silent.  I wasn't able to copy and paste them either.  Am I
in serious trouble?
