I am not sure you can go to jaws configuration manager and then to verbosity
and enter on whatever your choice is..beginner orone of the others and
there's a list of items by default that is checked and one is document name
I have mine unchecked because I'm just the opposite of you I do not want to
open my emails and read the header info and hear the subject line again..so
I have it unchecked as well as all headers off. but try making sure that is
checked and see if it helps ya. don't forget to save your settings jaws will
promt ya..

try looking in your jaws verbosity the insert V check your settings for OE
