I wouldn't recommend it.
It would be best if you chose one or the other to avoid potential problems.

I am needing some advice. I have recently bought a Trekker GPS unit. You are
able to access email on it too. However, the Trekker/maestro system, is only
able to sinc up with outlook. I currently have outlook express on my
desktop. Donnie(I think it was) said he has both outlook and outlook express
running on his computer at same time. By having both running at same time,
do you receive copies of each email in both email programs? Would there be
any harm in running both at same time and would it be a difficult job to
copy over my addressbook contents to outlook? At the moment, I don't think I
would be accessing email on the Trekker/Maestro all that often. I plan to
have my desktop as my main base for accessing email. I therefore will not be
having outlook running at same time as o e all the time. It will really
mainly be for doing back-up and restore functions on the Trekker/Maestro. I
want to make sure, that I won't be stuffing up my system by having both on
it at same time. Like I said though, I think it will only be during back-up
that I will need to be accessing outlook.
