On an XP system, the folder is:

C:\Windows\Temp

Also, clean out:

C:\Documents and Settings\<user_account>\Local Settings\Temp

frequently. Things in either folder can result in strange behavior of different applications including JAWS.

Hi,

I don't have a file called windows temp. Do you remember what the actual
name of the file was? Thank you for giving me something to go on. The
error report did mention something about temp.

Take care,
Lois
