What doesn't impress you about FileZilla?  It's an excellent and free
program.  I've not noticed anything to make it not an impressive program on
this end.
To be honest though, I haven't tried any other of the FTp programs so
enlighten me a bit.

There is also flash fxp, but I think filezilla rules! it is free and it is
really easy to use.
