Hi William, I'm not sure if this is possible with the regular Adobe Reader, but if it is, try saving the document as an html file.
This will negate any accessibility issues you might have. I always find that once I've saved the document in html format, I can do things that I couldn't otherwise do while viewing the document in PDF format.
