If you go to the link: http://www.hartgen.org/miscellaneous.html you will find an excellent audio tutorial on Juice, as well as some other Juice resources. I was just like you. When I first installed it, I couldn't figure it out at all. But after listening to this tutorial and then doing some playing around with it, I feel it is the best podcatching software for Jaws users. And, I use it with no scripts and it works just fine. If you need any more help after you get through the tutorial, I would be glad to help you off list. John
