Many times I need to go to my deleted folder to look for something that I have deleted. I used to be able to hit the letter of the first name of the person that sent the email and it would automatically bring to the top of the list everyone's name that began with that letter in alphabetical order. For some reason it doesn't work like that any more. I guess I have accidentally changed a setting or something. Can someone please tell me how I need to have my settings in my deleted folder for this to happen again. I am using JAWS 7.0, Windows XP and Outlook 2000. Thanks
