Hi Becky you have to do the following: go in to the folder that you want to alphabeticalise now go to the view menu now your looking for an option that says arrange icons by: and you have to press enter on that or right arrow on that and it will take you to another list of different ways to arrange your folder arrow down the list your probably find it's already alphabeticallised the list but it's done it the other way so you press enter on, Name, if it already says Name checked, this means knowing you've already found it's in order but the other way round then pressing enter on Name even if it is already selected will take you back in to the folder and your find it would of put it the way you want it with numbers at the top followed by a and so on.
