Try this. Close all of your running applications. Including OE, any instant messaging programs, everything except Jaws. Do a windows key r for run. Type in, %temp% Note the percent before and after temp. After you have it typed in, press enter. This should bring up a list of temp files you have. Do a shift delete and say, yes to are you sure you want to delete. After all are deleted, do an alt f4 to close. And one more thing, open OE. Do an alt t for tools, then an o for options. In the general tab, tab to, automatically log on to windows messenger and uncheck it. I know you don't use it, but make sure it is unchecked anyway. Tab to OK and press enter. That is about all of the help I can give you on this without having you uninstall OE and reinstall it. Good luck. Denny
