You would have installed the FSReader Demo and Training in or after the installation of JAWS6. Likewise, in JAWS7 and JAWS8 it comes as one of the last prompts in the installation. perhaps you did not install it with them? There was some difference made to it at the time of JAWS7.0 - and I ascertained that by going in there myself with JAWS8. Indeed, subject to confirmation or an official denial, it's possible that JAWS8 (as a different and then new version) has a new DAISY training set-up.

I tried this with JAWS 8 and it only reads things with the standard JAWS voice. I never did anything special in version 6. Is there something special that needs to be done in version 8 to use the FS demo daisy reader? thanks Al --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Visit the JAWS Users List home page at: http://www.jaws-users.com Address for the list archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/jaws-users-list%40googlegroups.com/ In order to contact the management team simply fill out the following form found at: http://www.jaws-users.com/contact.php You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "JAWS Users List" group.
