Hi David, They said delete default.jsb and default to jss but I looked in the explore my setting and explore shared settings and I can't find the second one. Where should I look?

Once in there obviously keep hitting the letter D until you land on the default files. In other words they wish you to delete files that you have modified yourself thus restoring their original default configuration settings. Unfortunately this means any changes in there will need to be reapplied. I've now got the same problem when reading email and though I tried to follow the instructions followed last time, they're not working. FS told me to delete the default.jsb and default.jss files, but I can't seem to locate the second. does anyone have any suggestions?
