Well I think the easiest option would be to run JAWS as a service. To do this, either: 1. Enable "automatically start jaws" and restart your computer, or 2. Unload JAWS, and possibly use Narrator, and, in the run dialogue, type: "net start jfwservice" (without quotes), and press enter. Hope that helps.
