Hi Patti: do not say ok to this, as it is not genuine. Hit either no or cancel. Wasn't this the same message you got last weekend? If you have any questions about Microsoft software, go to Windows updates by pressing start and w until it says windows updates. There it should tell you if you have any critidal updates for your particular computer. Make sure you run your antivirus and antispyware immediately.
