Hi: I would suggest that you check your keyboard connection and make sure it's nice and secure. Maybe you could temporarily hook up another keyboard to that computer and see what happens. If the second keyboard works, then the original keyboard may indeed have some problems. Like most things with moving parts, They do wear out eventually. It's going to be awfully hard to edit in word without speech even if you can load it.
