OK guys, I might give CCleaner another shot. I seem to recall that I had problems on an HP desktop machine that I no longer use. I have not tried CCleaner on this Toshiba laptop yet, so I'll give it another go and if I get problems with it using my laptop then it'll be CCleaner no more for me <grins>.
