I agree with you 100% David. I used that principal and still this particular challenge. I even configured the rules to be based on the double criteria of having specific words in the subject and sent from a specific list and still this error. I think my computer hates me!

I do that and my rules never fail. When there is no such option available then I test by the to or CC field.
