Hi Patti, If you work from the desktop, then leave the spy-bot search and destroy icon, and delete the one for blind users, and the one for the includes. If not, then delete all 3, and launch Spy-bot from the programs menu The next time, you run Spty-bot, you will download new includes, and life should be good. Hey Gang, When I downloaded spybot I have three icons on my desktop, and I don't know what to do with two of them. I have Spybot - Search & Destroy, Spybot - Search & Destroy (for blind users) and includes, that folder has 32 files. I think it is something to do with spybot.
