I'm thinking that it might not be soly a jaws issue because of many factors. Still that's only a guess because it's not possible to test it out with every combination of hardware and or software out on the market. The good thing is you've discovered a work around which is the important bit of news. Hi David and andrew and others. Actually, I've had this happen too. JAWS crashes entirely with one of those send/don't send boxes after you close your browser at different moments. It seems arbitrary, that is there is no apparent cause. I use insert+windowsKey+f4 to close JAWS entirely, then press space bar to close the send/don't send box, then reload JAWS as normal.
