Hi Steve, When you insert the instalation CD, a dialogue box will come up asking you if you want to do a typical or custom setup. A typical setup installs every voice; if you do a custom install you can choose which voices to install.
If you choose the typical instalation, just follow the instructions and you should be in good shape. If you do a custom instalation to select what voices you want to install, press enter on custom and you should get a tree view with the voice names. By default in this tree view, every voice is selected; if you want to deselect a voice, press the space bar once you have located the voice name and a context menu will open. Arrow up or down (Both will work) until you hear "Entire feature will be unavailable". Once you've deselected the voices you don't want to install, tab to the "next" button (It might be "okay" but I don't think so) and hit enter. It is pretty much straight forward from there; follow the instalation instructions and once instalation is complete, no matter the type of instalation, restart JAWS and you should be all set. If you want to use Real Speak as a synthesizer for everything, you can hit insert+s to select synthesizers and go down to sapi 5. In the JAWS voices menu you can change voices. After that it should be all good. I hope this helps!
