Hi John, I followed up with another Email saying that the problem was solved with a patch from Microsoft. When I added the memory chips, I did get the message to activate Jaws which I did do. Jaws was working fine. The problem occurred when I tried to go into hibernation, but after installing the patch, everything is okay now.
