Hi, Once you've pressed shift+F7, press F6 which brings you to the pane were the synonyms are, then tab to the word you want and press alt+down arrow on that word, a drop down list appears with three choices which are insert, copy and look up . Press enter on your choice. I hope this is clear and it helps.
