Hi Lennie, When I hit shift+f7, the word becomes highlighted and when I get to synonym, I choose insert and the word that is highlighted is replaced by the synonym. Most of the time, anyway... You are right; the Jaws cursor has to be routed to PC cursor when you are on the synonym.
