Patricia. If you can get to your desk top and make sure that nothing is selected, route your PC to Jaws and press your right mouse button. This will bring up up a list of commands and will include, shortcut. Press enter on that and tab to browse. You should be able to find the program by navigating the browse dialogue. I am sure you can follow what you need to do after that.

When I go to the start menu and arrow to the program normally I can do this without a hitch on my computer's keyboard, but this is someone elses that has to use this particular keyboard being as they only have one arm and one hand... We do use the sticky key but so far that hasn't helped in this situation. I have tried doing alt-enter on the item but that doesn't help ither. Please help if possible.
