ok, this is what you do:
1. Log in to your hotmail account.
2. after logging in, click on options.
3. once in options, click on mail.
4. Once in mail, click on junk email protection.
5. Once in junk email protection, click on safe list.
6. once your in safe list, add your email to the safe list, and click on
add.
