Yes, but only on certain messages and it is a text file. It happens on my lists also and everything I have tried doesn't get rid of them. For some reason it attaches your footer instead of including it in the body of the message.

Don't worry though folks the list is configured to remove all attachments even if it says so in the message list there is no such animal. It took about a week to figure that minor detail out about the mailman program in fact.
