You should be able to just zip it up, for easy transport. The person recieving the file should be able to unzip it into their Jaws user folder, and use it. A reload of Jaws may be necessary for the changes to take affect. OK I admit that it is no where near as accessible as the anti virus program is I have managed some minor success to the point where it is usable. With my wife's help I labeled the tool bar and set JAWS to only speak labeled graphics. Now it does require much moving around with the mouse cursor it is usable this way very well in my opinion. I have no experience with transferring graphic files from person to person, but if anybody would like to try just let me know and we'll work something out, or I could even post them up on the web site.
