Thank you for your reply.  Yes, navigating to this dialog box is what I've
been doing, but I was hoping that there was a shorter way of accomplishing
this.  I need to combine portions of 3 different Excel files, and I am
having problems with the varying column widths.  I think that I have
approximately 45 cells that I need to check their width, and that is if I
only check it once per cell/column.

To find your column width, try this:
hold down Alt, then press O, to open format menu, then C, it says "column"
then W, it says the default width of column which is 8.43, then release Alt
key.
Press backspace if you want to delete the default settings to change your
desired width.
I'm still in Jaws 3.7 and Office 2000 and I don't have problem navigating
around Excel.
