Thank you for your reply. Yes, navigating to this dialog box is what I've been doing, but I was hoping that there was a shorter way of accomplishing this. I need to combine portions of 3 different Excel files, and I am having problems with the varying column widths. I think that I have approximately 45 cells that I need to check their width, and that is if I only check it once per cell/column.

Press backspace if you want to delete the default settings to change your desired width. I'm still in Jaws 3.7 and Office 2000 and I don't have problem navigating around Excel. Hope this help.
