Hello everyone, A couple of days ago, I noticed a couple of problems with Windows Mail (The Vista version of Outlook Express) and JAWS 8.0.2173: 1. JAWS is not reading "unread" before it gives me the name of the message sender. 2. When I go into the menu bar from the message list view, if I hit left arrow JAWS exits the menu bar and places me right back in the message list view. If I use my right arrow keys, though, everything works as intended.
Does anyone know what might be my problem and how I might go about fixing it? Since these problems just developed a couple of days ago, might the answer be to uninstall/reinstall JAWS?
