Eric, the delays happen quite frequently, and occurs either when I reply to messages, as well as reading messages. This delay only happens with Outlook Express, nothing else. Thanks for looking into this, greatly appreciated. Think I'll go ahead and remove JAWS 9. Sorry folks, but I really can't tolerate these delays anymore, particularly as I'm a fast typist.
