Kathleen, There are some one-handed keyboards available also. One is called the half-qwerty, one called the Bat and also one called the Frog Pad. All of them work well with Jaws. The one I prefer is the half-qwerty which can be used by either left or right hand.

Somoe of the functions which require pressing two or three keys simultaneously are the biggest problems.
