Hi Richard, Sometimes what has happened with me is a pop-up message has come up, telling me that Windows has blocked access to the attachment. This happens to me using Windows Vista and Windows Mail, although it has happened with earlier versions of JAWS on Windows XP. What I usually did was hit control+f as though I were going to forward the message to someone, tab over to the attachments list view and open it from there.
I wish there was a way to disable this, as it usually only happens with .wma and .mp3 files.
