Hello. Have him go to the task bar and start menu properties and uncheck hide 
inactive icons. Have him hit apply and then OK.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] system trey not displaying correctly


I helped a guy yesterday put jaws in his system trey so as to get it out of the 
alt tab order. Now that went perfectly fine. The 
thing is when he brings up his system trey with insert+F11 jaws isn't listed in 
there. Now it obviously must be in there, of that 
I have no doubt so far as that goes. The question is why is it not showing in 
the list, and how would I get it to appear?
