Mamta, There have been updates to that version of JAWS 8 that you have installed. I suggest that you go to the JAWS window and open the Help Menu. In that menu, press enter on the item "Check for Updates". It should find the update (build 2173) and install it for you automatically. If you are still having the problem, a call to the Freedom Scientifc support should be able to sort it out. Regards, Eric
