Hello I am writing on the recommendation of the IT Support person from JAWS vendor who is not familiar Blackboard program. I have been using Blackboard since September 2007. I am unable to open e-mail messages to reveal forward, reply and attachment functions. I am successful with the other features of the Black board program learning by trial and error. The IT department at the university indicates that using tab to check the subject box and hitting enter opens the e-mail but I am unable to perform this action successfully. I have Java , XP, Internet Explorer 6 and JAWS 8 on my computer. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
