The only other suggestion I would have is to do a find for that keystroke. While in the list of keyboard commands for that application, do a control f and perform the keystroke for the function you want to find. For example, you can do a control f and then do your control scroll lock f10 and then press enter. That should take you to your function for that keystroke. Not sure what to tell you about the control scroll lock f12 since that will put your laptop in standby. Perhaps it won't do that since you are in the find mode, but you will just have to try it.
