In Word 2003 press Alt + I then press K to open the bookmark dialogue. After entering your bookmark you can use the same key combination to go to bookmarks you have created.
This may work in Word 2007 - I am not sure. Remember that when naming your bookmarks in Word you cannot use spaces.
