If this is truly a form in Word, then it should tab from one field to another. Try this: Do an alt v for view, then a t for toolbar. Arrow down to, form and if it isn't checked, then press enter to check it. Now try tabbing through your fields. If it doesn't work, then it isn't a true form. Let me know.
