Do you get a Windows dong sound? If you get no sound, how do you know that 'nothing happens'? Just because JAWS says nothing, have you otherwise verified that you haven't moved at all? Does shift-tab work normally, elsewhere, when not in Forms Mode? How long have you had the problem? Have you rebooted since it first happened? Hold down the shift key for longer, and only release it when you have pressed the tab key as well. And you don;t have to use Forms Mode On all the way through a form. When finished typing in one field, hit the PC cursor, arrow down to the next field, and then enter Forms Mode and type. Repeat till done.
