First of all, you can not get the updates by using the update button in Ad-Aware Personal SE. Download definitions from the referenced site below. You will need to unzip the downloaded file and place the DEFS.REF file in your JAWS ENU folder. http://download.lavasoft.com/public/defs.zip
The 127.0.0.1 is your own computer. Maybe a port on the firewall needs to be opened or another spyware protection program has written the 127.0.0.1 to your host file for the Ad-Aware updating.
