I'm not sure if this question has been asked before, but I am using version 11 of Windows Media Player with JAWS 9. Within the play menu, there is a hot key for rewinding within a file, control+shift+b. I cannot get this to work, even though I can fast-forward perfectly with control+shift+f. Any suggestions about how I can rewind would be appreciated. Thanks, Erin
