Hi: I use a Sony Vaio. It doesn't have home and end keys spacifically, but there is a function key you hold down in conjunction with the arrow keys to accomplish this. It has become second nature to me. It is extremely small, which is probably the reason for this. This computer rarely crashes. The only real drawback is that the mouse pad is super sensative, and there is no hot key to turn it off. My husband had to uninstall the driver for it. I don't know enough about computers to try something like that.
