Are you sure you don't mean the application key? The Windows key on either side of the spacebar both perform the same function. You most likely have an application key located someplace on your laptop. I would suggest turning on your Jaws keyboard help, insert 1, and then begin pressing some of the extraneous keys to see if one of them is the applications key or context menu key.
